Amazing ski-in access. Fine views from room!

Came here for 7 nights with my husband, had a LOVELY stay. The family room was recently refurbished with bath. The breakfast was plentiful and I tasted complimentary drinks. The location was particularly good, by mountains and the interior design was nice.

Relaxing small hotel with an alpine atmosphere and a downstairs bar. Location so close to ski lifts, all bars and restaurants and the main ski areas. Also, in the centre of the town.

Perfect location for skiing! The clean room had ample space for our gear, and the warm boot room really made a difference after a day on the slopes. Breakfast options were fairly basic, yet more than good enough with toast, scrambled eggs, and cold cuts. Super nice team. The lounge area could use more extended hours. It closed too early for our liking after a long day of skiing. Would recommend for families needing easy access to the slopes, but expect a cozy, homey ambiance rather than luxury.

The boot room offered warm storage for gear.

Rooms were smaller than expected and could have used more comfortable beds. Hot water was a letdown on the first night, leaving us without a shower after a long day on the slopes. Breakfast spread was basic. We anticipated a bit more considering the local food scene.

The room smelled like a strong disinfectant upon entering, rather unpleasant, and beds could have been more comfy, though they were ok. I mean, there was an empty soap dispenser but I suppose tiny bottles are fine too? I almost gave a good review, but the lounge closed too early for my taste. Clearly unappreciated!

One meal stood out as quite disappointing. The restaurant could use a bit more vibrancy to match the lively atmosphere of the surrounding area.

Would recommend for a momentary pause.

We had a fantastic week staying here with very clean rooms—not an allergy issue in sight! The boot room with heated lockers was a game-changer after skiing, but the lounge service was a bit slow during busy times.

This place is a gem! The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. Loved the bar area for chilling after skiing. Great prices for drinks. The room was comfy and clean, but it got a bit warm at night. Perfect for families!

The boot room is warm and has plenty of space. Rooms werenice and neat. We enjoyed our meals, especially at nearby restaurants, made our evenings fun. Definitely check out the lounge for a cozy drink.

After waiting a while, we decided to leave without ordering.
